Customers can return products within 7 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of receipt for size changes, design changes, or damaged products.

- Exchanges are not accepted for intimate wear or personal hygiene items.

Process for Cancellation / Return

Refunds
- Refunds for returns or exchanges will be processed within 7 days after the product is received and inspected by the seller for prepaid orders.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a coupon code will be provided within 1-2 working days after the product is received by the seller as per the return/exchange policy.
- Payments made with the COD option will receive a coupon code equivalent to the amount paid by the customer, which can be used at any time.
- Coupon codes are not refundable and can only be redeemed in our store.
- If products are returned in poor condition or have been worn, no refund will be provided.
- Coupon codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Refunds and bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders/online payments made on our website.
- Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed and the amount to be reflected in your bank account.

- We offer a reverse pickup service for returns/exchanges.
- A reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 will be deducted per order at the time of refund/exchange, regardless of the number of items.
